Declaration of responsibility

I acknowledge and accept responsibility in the event of a personal accident arising from participation in a judo trial class.

I declare that I have no contraindications to practising judo.

I also accept responsibility for any breach of Clube de Judo 2009's internal rules or the rules of the sports facilities where the class takes place, and undertake to comply fully with the coaches' instructions and directions.

I understand that participation in the trial class places no obligation on Clube de Judo 2009 or its coaches.

How we process your data

Clube de Judo 2009 processes this data to respond to the request, organise the class, identify the athlete and record this declaration. Processing required for the request is based on steps requested by the data subject; activity safety and evidence of the declaration are based on the club's legitimate interest.

The identity document number is entered manually for identification in the declaration — we do not request a copy of the document. It is encrypted, accessible only to the club office and deleted within 90 days. Other data is kept for as long as needed to manage the request, up to a maximum of three years, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention.

Data is not used for marketing or shared with third parties, except hosting and email providers processing it on the club's behalf or where required by law. Required fields are necessary to process the request; without them, a class cannot be arranged.

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection through secretaria@clubejudo2009.com.
